Head of People Operations & Automation at AI Startup
Town
Town, an applied AI company in San Francisco, is seeking a hands-on Head of People Ops to own onboarding, payroll, benefits, equity, immigration, and compliance end to end. You’ll build the function with the Head of Talent and Finance, automating processes where possible to keep human work human. You’ll be the go-to on benefits, pay, leave, policy questions, and data hygiene as Town grows, partnering with outside counsel to navigate compliance and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Town
