- Business Analysis: BRD, SRS, Process Modeling (BPMN, Mind Maps)
- Data Analytics & BI: Power BI, DAX, SQL, Data Modeling
- AI & Automation: Generative AI
- Agile & Tools: JIRA, DevOps, Visio, Xmind, Bizagi Modeler
Experience: 7-9 years
Domain Expertise: US Healthcare
Time Zone: IST
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for new and existing systems.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
- Create wireframes, flowcharts, and other visual documentation to illustrate business processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in project management activities, including tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with end users.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
