Payroll Specialist - Client Success Full-Time | $50,000-$58,000 | North Phoenix, AZ If you know payroll and you're good with people, this role was built for you. eBacon is a Phoenix-based payroll and HR software company serving the construction industry. We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client success team. Someone who can manage a dedicated client list, run payroll accurately, and be the person clients rely on when something goes sideways. In-office role, North Phoenix (Hwy 101 / Cave Creek corridor) with a strong team and a company that's been growing steadily in a niche where we're genuinely the best at what we do. Day-to-day: Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges Provide technical support with payroll processing procedures Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon software First point of contact for all employer and employee questions related to payroll You're a fit if you have: 2+ years in payroll processing or payroll support Experience with SaaS payroll software, PEOs, or ASOs a huge plus Strong customer service instincts, passion to deliver exceptional service Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once Nice to have: SQL proficiency Construction industry background Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage work (we will train the right person on Davis-Bacon specifics) Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. eBacon contributes $575/month toward medical (or $100/month toward other ancillary coverage), so your out-of-pocket cost stays low.
