Job Summary The Payroll Specialist will assist Payroll Manager in processing weekly payroll and maintain accurate time. records. Essential Job Responsibilities Enter and reconcile time entries - weekly Reconciles weekly regional payroll. Research paycheck or direct deposits issues. Records and processes Certified Payrolls Tracking Apprenticeship certification documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with Excel, using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software. Must have good communication skills. Must have a good understanding of keeping employee records confidential. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of experience in payroll preferred. Experience with Vista payroll experience preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors. Travel requirements: up to 10% of time. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
