Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the Greater Boston area who is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and revenue accounting while supporting a collaborative finance team. The company offers an extremely flexible work schedule and an outstanding culture. Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close activities Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts Support revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on financial reporting Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience SaaS or software industry experience required Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition required Strong month-end close and General Ledger experience Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills CPA or CPA-track candidates are a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Compensation: $90K-$110K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Roessel Joy
