Senior Property Accountant

CFS, in partnership with a Boston-area real estate investment firm, is seeking a Property Accounting Manager. The role involves leading month-end close, preparing financial statements, CAM reconciliations, and lease accounting across multiple properties. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, with 5+ years in real estate accounting and strong Excel/ERP skills.
