Technical Accounting Manager
Greater Boston real estate company is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join their team. Ideal candidates will have technical accounting experience (research, external reporting) from large and/or publicly-traded companies and an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical accounting research related to lease accounting, revenue, impairments, etc.
- Assess new accounting standards as they impact the firm's standard processes
- Analyze purchase accounting activity and take on related special projects
- Support accounting team to implement and enforce internal controls
- Partner with external auditors and valuations teams
- Design and implement new policies to streamline existing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience with large, publicly-traded companies preferred
- CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
