Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographic location experience skills specialty and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) - Specialty Vehicles supports Relationship Managers in the development and management of client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers dealers vendors and internal partners assisting with loan originations transaction coordination portfolio management and day-to-day client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment contributing to the growth and success of the Specialty Vehicles business through strong relationship management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team data mining and industry publications
• Submit complete and thorough credit applications
• Follow up with customers for missing application materials credit questions and required contract documentation
• Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems
• Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers
• Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners
• Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Proven inside sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience working with or similar CRM
• Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Customer focused
