The BDR identifies business pain, understands customer timing—especially IT contract renewals—and secures high-quality meetings for Account Managers and Account Executives.Responsibilities:Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedInConduct high-level discovery conversations focused on business outcomesIdentify current IT environment, provider relationships, and renewal timelinesBuild pre-renewal relationships 6–12 months ahead of contract expirationQualify opportunities using SPOT and renewal based timing modelsSchedule and prepare Account Manager / AE discovery meetingsMaintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and next stepsCollaborate with sales leadership on pipeline reviews and coachingAttend Chamber and other brand recognition events and meetingsDaily Success Metrics80-100 outbound calls per day25 new unique leads added to the CRM system per week1–2 qualified meetings set per dayRenewal timing captured for target accounts10 POC and competitor services used updated, 10 per day?70% meeting acceptance rate by AMs/AEsEducation/Experience:2 years' experience of prospectingSkills / Knowledge / Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to ask thoughtful, business-focused discovery questionsComfortable discussing IT, connectivity, and managed services at a high levelCoachability and openness to feedbackStrong organization and CRM disciplineRequirements:Remain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationAbility to operate a computerPeople are our passion.
