Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field sales activity. Develop relationships with key decision-makers including Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership. Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce challenges and present customized staffing solutions. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM activity and disciplined follow-up. Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. Consistently meet and exceed sales activity, appointment, and revenue goals. Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B sales, staffing sales, or business development experience. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. Ability to create opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented. Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity. Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of business development or outside sales experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business relationships. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston market. Why Allegiance Staffing?
