Administrative Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Edison, NJ that is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices
- Support accounts payable activities
- Prepare and track work orders
- Coordinate vendor documentation
- Maintain certificates of insurance (COIs)
- Manage purchase orders
- Maintain property and contract files
- Track tenant requests and service calls
- Assist with reports and documentation
- Support multiple managers and properties
- Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and files
- General administrative support
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Accounts Payable experience
- Invoice processing experience
- Administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Yardi experience
- Commercial property management experience
