Pay: $32.50/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a state-of-the-art automated distribution facility. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced material handling equipment, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging technology in a highly automated environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance experience who are looking to expand their skills with cutting-edge automation and robotics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
• Complete maintenance activities using CMMS and maintenance documentation systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical and controls equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and flexible schedules as required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Conveyor and sorter maintenance
• Preventive maintenance programs
• CMMS systems
• Automation and control systems
• Robotics
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Material handling equipment (MHE)
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintenance supervision or leadership experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
