• Location: Baton Rouge, LA
• Start Date: Flexible
• Duration: Permanent position
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Clinic 5 days/week; Hospital rotation every 5-6 weeks
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: Active supervising license; must be added as a supervising physician for Physician Assistants
• Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient cardiology experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient care, including hospital rounds and consultation services
• Conduct multidisciplinary rounds with healthcare teams
• Communicate effectively with referring providers
• Read and interpret hospital diagnostic studies during service weeks
• Manage a panel of patients in outpatient clinic settings
• Review diagnostic studies and follow-up with patients when in clinic
• Coordinate care with imaging/testing teams and participate in on-site visits

What You Need

Required:

• Active and supervising medical license in Louisiana
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in non-invasive cardiology clinics and hospital settings
