This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, scaling business—perfect for someone who thrives on balancing critical input with real delivery on the ground. Part of a dynamic, agile organisation you will be owning the day-to-day people operations experience across the Americas region. From supporting employee relations to delivering a masterclass in employee systems beyond onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people practices are consistent, effective, and built for growth.
