Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing safety, support, and companionship to seniors and adults in need, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy in their own homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that every client has their best day, every day. Whether you work remotely, you\'ll have the flexibility to make a significant impact in your local community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and attentive care to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
3. Listen closely to client needs and adjustments in their care plans.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the caregiving team.
5. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.

Qualifications:

You\'re a great fit if you have the following skills.

2. Strong communication skills and ability to listen actively.
3. Dependability and commitment to providing quality care.
4. Possess a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
6. Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus, though not required.

Have relevant certifications, such as CPR or First Aid.
