Work Environment

This is an onsite position that involves delivering physical therapy services directly in patients' homes, a setting that allows us to align treatment with their daily environments and functional living conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations, focusing on age-specific needs and orthopedic challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and recovery needs of each patient based on assessment data.
• Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions and utilize innovative treatment techniques tailored for orthopedic conditions to promote functional recovery.
• Utilize advanced software systems to objectively measure and track patient outcomes, ensuring data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans to comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate on treatment protocols, home exercises, and strategies for daily living to support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, which includes individuals with various orthopedic diagnoses such as joint replacements, fractures, and sports-related injuries, as well as neurologic conditions. A commitment to inclusive and personalized physical therapy will allow you to make a profound impact on each patient's recovery journey while addressing their unique needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Florida or a temporary permit is acceptable.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and HealthCare Provider certification.
• Strong understanding of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care or outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, enabling clinicians to adapt quickly to a home-based working model.
• Prior use of patient management software that tracks outcomes and supports efficient documentation processes.
• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
