Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual goals and requirements, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically treating one patient per hour, allowing for focused and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to design and implement effective intervention strategies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Create and execute comprehensive care plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adapting interventions to ensure optimal patient progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient services, treatment plans, and progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance multidisciplinary care and address complex patient needs.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle and motivate patients during treatment through goal-setting and progress tracking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We aim to provide individualized care that empowers each patient to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through effective rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, with an immaculate professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional competency in developing tailored exercise protocols based on patients' specific needs and conditions.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing wellness and fitness programs tailored to diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
