Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their orthopedic needs and capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, focusing on short-term and long-term recovery goals.
• Provide effective, evidence-based care modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, outlining importance of adherence to home exercises and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive patient management.
• Document patient progress in accordance with clinic policies, ensuring compliance with professional standards and insurance regulations.
• Implement safety protocols during treatments to ensure a secure and supportive environment for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic mainly serves patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, catering to all ages, from athletes seeking rehabilitation to older adults requiring mobility assistance. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida is required.

• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
