Work Environment

This position is an onsite role located in our state-of-the-art outpatient office in Tallahassee, Florida. Our clinic is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and resources to enhance the patient experience and treatment efficacy. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, encouraging a balanced work-life structure for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand individual patient goals and requirements, creating comprehensive treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour to ensure focused and personalized care, dedicating your full attention to each person.
• Deliver cost-effective interventions optimized to enhance clients' range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Address pre-operative conditions and minimize post-operative complications by reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Utilize the latest evidence-based interventions to deliver high-quality and personalized care.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their treatment processes, helping them achieve their recovery goals.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and monitor progress while maintaining clear documentation of patient care services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A clean professional record with no board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Experience in designing and implementing exercise programs focused on rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT, to document patient care and treatment plans efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings. A background in evidence-based practice and a proactive approach to patient care is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
