Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that reflect the patient's physical status, taking into account their age-specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement a personalized plan of care that incorporates both orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, ensuring each treatment is catered to the unique requirements of diverse patients.
• Utilize advanced software to objectively measure patient outcomes, enabling data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies for improved efficacy.
• Efficiently document evaluations, therapies, re-evaluations, and discharge notes in accordance with industry standards and departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Compensation and Benefits
