About The Job As an integral part of the imaging team, the department assistant provides clerical and communication support, integrating medical knowledge, clerical skills, staff and patient interaction, and care. A department assistant recognizes conditions essential for successful completion of patient processing and exercises independent professional and ethical judgment.
