Operations Manager

Role Description

You’ll oversee the smooth execution of meetings and events while fostering strong relationships with our pharmaceutical clients. • Leading daily operations for meetings and events, ensuring top-notch service and quality
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to align on priorities and needs
• Managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Driving continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices
• Coaching and developing team members while balancing workloads effectively

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, particularly with compliance requirements
• A background in financial tracking and budget management for events
• Familiarity with meeting technology platforms and standard workflows
• Skills in data reporting and operational metrics analysis
• Experience with cross-border meetings and engaging global affiliates

Requirements

• This role is virtual and operates on Eastern Standard Time
• Up to 25% travel on an annual basis is required
• Previous management of direct reports in the Meetings & Events space, particularly the pharmaceutical industry, is a requirement
