Remote Family Law Attorney – Northern Michigan Practice

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney based in or near Troy or open to relocation to support a Northern Michigan-focused practice.

This is a remote role with occassional travel to Northern Michigan.

Role Overview

Handle family law matters across Northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Gaylord, and surrounding communities
Provide legal counsel on divorce, custody, and support cases
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Draft legal documents and manage case strategy

Requirements

Licensed in Michigan
Family law experience strongly preferred
Willingness to travel to Northern Michigan for court appearances
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in building a long-term practice in Northern Michigan
