divh2Human Resources Specialist/h2pThe Human Resources Specialist will lead onsite HR initiatives supporting leadership and Outfitters in the store in the following areas: staffing, training, engagement, orientation and onboarding, and administrative excellence. Additionally, this role will assist the General Manager with administrative functions as needed./ppEssential functions include:/pulliSupporting a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers./liliActing as a brand ambassador representing the culture of the organization to drive retention and positive working environment within each department./liliHelping facilitate the hiring/staffing process for hourly outfitters./liliEnsuring training completion/monitoring for location outfitters./liliProcessing and auditing all employment actions in HRIS/Payroll/Scheduling system for hourly outfitters./liliMaintaining confidentiality with all sensitive information./liliAssisting with planning and implementing associate recognition and other activities in collaboration with the General Manager./liliAssisting in communicating all HR related policies, practices and direction from the company./liliCompliance maintenance and record keeping (legal posters, notices etc.)./liliProviding guidance and support for performance management, annual review process and succession planning for hourly outfitters./liliResponding and resolving first level outfitter issues. Partnering with Sr. HRM or Employee Relations Department for guidance on all outfitter issues requiring escalation as appropriate./liliPerforming administrative duties as needed./liliProcessing invoices, managing expenses within Coupa./liliOrdering and monitoring store supplies./liliCoordinating travel for store Outfitters and leaders./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulpExperience/qualifications include:/pulliMinimum degree required: High School Diploma or Equivalent./liliPreferred degree: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource./liliYears of experience: 1-3 years human resources and administrative/office experience./li/ulpKnowledge, skills, and ability include:/pulliAbility to calculate figures, interpret and analyze data from reports./liliAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliProficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software./li/ulpTravel requirements may include infrequent travel to help support other stores, new store events, etc./ppPhysical requirements include regular computer work, walking, sitting, and standing./ppIndependent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
