Billing & Collections Specialist (Moving Services)

Job Description
We are working with an international moving and relocation company that, due to the demand for their services, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and skilled Billing & Collections Specialist familiar with the moving industry.
\n \nYou will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing and collection process for household, corporate, and international moves.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Invoicing of the completed move until the receipt of payment \n
- Reporting on collections and account statuses \n
- Management of a/r and collection of payments \n
- Resolution of all billing issues \n
- Reconciliation of customer accounts \n
- Coordination with other departments to make sure invoices are accurate and complete \n
Requirements for the position:
\n- \n
- Proficiency in billing, accounts receivable or collection operations in the moving and relocation field. \n
- Good financial savvy and ability to pay attention to details. \n
- Capacity to handle heavy workload in billing operations. \n
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and management of accounts \n
