We seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Customer Benefits Representative & Coordinator to join our team! No prior experience necessary! This position offers a competitive income of $54k - $110k in the first year plus excellent benefits and bonus opportunities!

We have been in business for over 65 years. We are a 100% union label company that works
with over 30,000 different unions. Union members request our benefits package because most
members realize that the majority of their benefits through their work union greatly reduce or

Qualifications
-Work Ethic & Ambition: No experience or degree necessary, just a desire and commitment to succeed
-Capable of communicating efficiently with clients to get them the benefits they need
-Self-motivated while still having the ability to work within a team to hit personal and group goals
-Being and remaining coachable with a learning mindset and an ability to adapt and adjust to new solutions and methods
-Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work
