About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the CEO's Office, a role that is pivotal in the external strategic initiatives of the organization. This is not a traditional Chief of Staff position; instead, the successful candidate will serve as the CEO's external force multiplier, engaging in high-stakes conversations with a range of stakeholders, including investors, strategic partners, and industry leaders. The role demands an individual with a venture capital background, particularly at the Associate or Senior Associate level, who is ready to transition from an observational to a building role. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading the company's capital agenda, driving strategic partnerships, and executing high-impact special projects. They must be elite storytellers, exceptionally organized, and possess a network that is both extensive and influential. Applicants for this role at the company should be prepared for an intense, demanding, and highly rewarding experience. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, with a preference for candidates with a background that combines venture capital with management consulting or investment banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships. Discretion, exceptional judgment, and the ability to operate with a high level of commitment and flexibility are essential.
