Occupational Therapist (School-Based)Location: Oswego, ILSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMCompensation: $50/hr+Setting: School DistrictJob Summary: Novo Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a public school district in Oswego, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of K–12 students.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and address limitations in student occupational performanceCollaborate with educators to adapt classroom activities for student access and participationSupport alternative learning methods and educational assessmentsDevelop and implement behavior strategies and positive behavior supportsPromote sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-help developmentFacilitate inclusion through customized programming and accommodationsAssist students in building functional skills across school environmentsEncourage participation in leisure and extracurricular activitiesQualifications:Required: Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy License with PEL Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyPreferred: Experience with Special Education, ASD, and pediatric populationsBenefits: Competitive Weekly Pay Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO (Paid Time Off) Supportive team environmentCity: OswegoState: ILZip Code: 60543
