Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s situation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create holistic treatment approaches that promote client well-being.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques as necessary, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients in distress.

• Stay informed about current mental health research, trends, and best practices to continually refine and enhance your therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship challenges, and trauma. By employing a culturally competent approach, you will effectively engage clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your interventions to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid clinical licensure (LMFT) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
