Weekend Receptionist

Job Description Looking for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday shifts, who will provide support for all of the departments within VIVE. "LOVE LIVING LIFE!" The Front Desk Receptionist performs administrative duties, routes phone call, checks in and greets all visitors to the facility. Other responsibilities include answering the telephone and assisting in ordering and monitoring supplies. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent, preferred Training and Experience: 1-2 years reception experience, preferred. Multi-Tasking, Computer and phone skills, possible experience in mental health field. Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid. Must be 19 years or older in age. Accountabilities / Duties Answers telephone and greets visitors. Routes incoming correspondence to appropriate employees. Types reports, memos, letters, etc. Make copies as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory or administrative personnel. Check-in and monitor visitors for clients Maintaining a clean and presentable front office Assists in coordinating all communication in the facility. Job Type: Part-time Pay $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Schedule 8-hour shift Weekends ability to pick up shifts for call-offs and vacations Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Vive Adolescent Care
