Registered Nurse Director - Case Manager (RN DIR - CCM) Full-Time Job Responsibilities Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Case Management Unit will have the following job responsibilities: Directs the clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services. Ensures high-quality patient care and generates measurable returns for the organization. Plans, organizes, and evaluates all departmental resources. Oversees program development, staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance. Maintains relationships with physicians, referral sources, and employees. Performs position-specific job functions at an acceptable level. Supports the mission and goals of the hospital and parent company. Develops and maintains clinical standards of practice for all disciplines. Supports and participates in marketing efforts and community service organizations. Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge. Position oversees 16.61 FTES and 33 heads. Several departments but Respiratory is the biggest one. RT – 12.81 FTEs and 22 heads EEG – 0.9 FTE, 4 heads Pulm Rehab – 2 FTEs, 3 heads PFT Lab – 0.9 FTE, 4 heads Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - Required 5+ years experience in Respiratory Therapy - Preferred State of NH Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
