Proposal Lead & Marketing Coordinator (A/E/C Bids)

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a proposals lead to drive full lifecycle management of client proposals, from kickoff to submission, ensuring quality and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop compelling content, and oversee production using InDesign in a hybrid, 3-days-in-office environment. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in A/E/C proposal or marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong CRM/Adobe InDesign skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
