Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced midlevel associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of Corporate M&A experience, with a preference for private equity transaction experience. Duties Draft, review, and negotiate merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and related documents. Manage and close M&A and related transactions. Conduct legal due diligence. Advise clients on general corporate and business matters. Work with representation and warranty insurance underwriting. Requirements Three to five years of Corporate M&A experience. Private equity transaction experience preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Florida. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent negotiation and drafting abilities.
