Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs to identify innovative technological solutions.
• Collaborate across divisions to optimize the functionality and efficient use of assigned information systems.
• Develop solutions using a combination of enterprise software and custom-coded solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
• Provide configuration support for enterprise business applications.
• Administer and configure specified automation and document management platforms, ensuring secure and efficient workflows.
• Facilitate seamless connectivity between enterprise systems to enable reliable data exchange and synchronization.
• Write, test, and optimize complex database programs, procedures, and packages to maintain data integrity and support backend workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and web services using XML and JSON to connect core enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and applications to enhance system capabilities.
• Create automated document generation workflows using dynamic formatting for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Ensure user interface consistency, modern UI standards, and accessibility compliance across enterprise applications.
• Evaluate and test system upgrades, releases, and patches;
  provide technical support at level 2.
• Develop reports and produce project schedules, meeting minutes, and action plans.
• Research emerging technologies for potential implementation to add value to current or future tools.
• Deliver user training and develop metrics for measuring process efficiency.
• Monitor product roadmaps and emerging trends to proactively address potential process or system challenges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing and managing large enterprise systems.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and following industry best practices with XML and JSON.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C++, XML, and PDF technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis with a record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex business requirements and technical factors.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining complex SQL queries, PL/SQL programs, procedures, and functions.
• Knowledge of industry-proven web service interaction patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and collaborative software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing processes and requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment and employ a positive, collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL.
• Experience with enterprise data models and real-time data synchronization across third-party applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, Python, C#, XML, and CSS.
• Experience automating document workflows, including dynamic PDF generation.
• Familiarity with enterprise system upgrade evaluation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Prior experience providing technical support and end-user training.
