Position: Customer Service / Order Entry Representative

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility to start as early as 6:00 AM)

Duration of Assignment: As soon as possible – October 1, 2026

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking two reliable, detail-oriented temporary employees to support a high-volume order entry project during the implementation of a new management system. Candidates will receive training prior to the system go-live date and will play a key role in accurately entering customer orders during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter a high volume of customer orders into a newly implemented system
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders
• Participate in system training before launch
• Maintain data integrity and meet productivity expectations
• Provide occasional phone support and assist with customer inquiries as needed
• Support the customer service team during a busy operational transition

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Previous data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Golf industry knowledge highly preferred or a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and committed to completing the full assignment
• Ability to sit and work at a desk for an 8-hour shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This is a temporary assignment supporting a critical business transition. Candidates must be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable handling a large volume of order entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
