Start your future with BorgWarner now!Job PurposeReporting to the Director of Global Benefits, the Benefits Intern will work closely with our Benefits Administration Specialist on a mix of benefits administration work and projects. Working as a part of the Global Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME) team, the candidate will assist US employees with enrollments in our benefits administration system, answer basic benefits administration questions, and would be responsible for escalating complex issues to the Benefits Administration Specialist and/or the benefits team SMEs.
