About the Role: Grayson Search Partners is adding a Recruiter to the finance and accounting contract practice. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and managing candidate relationships in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Putting together candidate sourcing strategies Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to clients Negotiating offers for candidates Maintain transparent candidate relationships throughout the entire process Qualifications: 2+ years of agency recruiting experience preferred Understanding of finance and accounting concepts is preferred but not required, and willingness to learn Experience with CRM/ATS software Good interpersonal and decision-making skills Experience developing and managing candidate pipelines Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills: Bullhorn Experience Boolean Knowledge Contract Recruiting Positive attitude, ability to succeed in a high-functioning team Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, or Communications Studies What We Offer: We offer a high growth opportunity combined with a flexible environment.
