Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote healing and personal growth.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility, geographic, or scheduling constraints.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions to uphold ethical standards, client confidentiality, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain current with the latest practices and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
