What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
• Oversee care for critically ill and premature newborns within a 10-bed NICU
• Collaborate closely with nurses, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct daily rounds and manage neonatal admissions, stabilization, and ongoing treatment
• Participate in a 3-physician staffing model to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Support patient care through clinical oversight and decision-making
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a state-of-the-art facility

What You Need

• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensing
• Certification or eligibility in Neonatology (ABP)
• At least 1 year of neonatology experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
