Types of Cases / Required Skills:
Low risk pregnancy FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB Ultrasounds - Level I/Screening (viability) and Level II/Targeted (anatomic) Amniocentesis (Preferred) Routine delivery - Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for C-section Complicated delivery - C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/Minor Gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical Gynecology - Open; Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation); Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible:
Board Certified required; Fellowship: 3 years
Certifications:
ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Licensure:
Must be licensed in Kentucky (KY); or IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 30 days Temporary privileges are not available
