This role primarily operates in a telehealth setting, providing licensed mental health services from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, involving case management when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, providing referrals for additional resources when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our center, you will work with diverse client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A particular focus will be placed on creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel valued and heard, enabling effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active Pennsylvania state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other comparable credentials.

• A strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to ethical practice guidelines.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and related technologies to deliver therapeutic services effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, reflecting your skills and experience in the mental health field. Additionally, we offer:
