Full Desk/Inside Sales Recruiter

Marietta, GA, USA

Looking for someone with at least 2 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay: Base Salary $40-$50k with Very competitive Commission Plan

Only looking for someone that has worked in a staffing/recruiting office- not corporate recruiting

Responsibilities:

Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates
Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments
Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates
Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders
Preparing resumes for associates
Marketing candidates to prospective companies and current clients

Requirements:

At least 2 years' inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)
Self-motivated
accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service
Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel
Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up
