About the Role We’re looking for aMarketing Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team and help bring the ANS brand to life across digital, print, and social channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO Marketing Operations Marketing Metrics & Reporting Company Communication Management Events & Logistics Marketing Asset Management Commercial Support Branded Inventory Management Vendor & Budget Coordination Administrative & Team Support Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations Coordinate internal and external marketing requests and help prioritize workflow. Manage the marketing inbox and request queue. Maintain the marketing project management system. Support marketing process documentation and SOPs. Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team. Marketing Metrics & Reporting Track and report marketing metrics and KPI dashboards. Collect and organize data for marketing reports, presentations, and campaigns. Company Communication Management Coordinate website content updates and ensure information remains current. Manage day-to-day social media activity, including monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Assist with internal communications and company announcements. Events & Logistics Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, career fairs, internal meetings, and employee events. Booking hotels, venues, experiences Coordinate event materials, registrations, and marketing collateral. Marketing Asset Management Coordinate employee headshots and maintain the headshot library. Manage photo submissions and organize the marketing asset library. Maintain marketing assets, templates, and digital file organization. Support resume and commercial marketing material libraries. Organize marketing files and SharePoint libraries. Help maintain brand standards and template consistency. Branded Inventory Management Coordinate business card orders and updates. Coordinate branded apparel and promotional item requests. Manage branded merchandise ordering, inventory, and distribution. Commercial Support Organize data for proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. Assist with award submissions and recognition programs. Vendor & Budget Coordination Coordinate vendors for print, promotional items, photography, events, and other marketing needs.
