Job Description
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Department by managing workflow and ensuring smooth communication between clients and field employees. This full-time position, based in the office Monday through Friday, involves coordinating service activities, handling customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate efficient service operations within a medium-sized team.

Responsibilities
Assist Service Department Account Manager in coordinating department workflow
Manage customer communications via phone calls and emails, focusing on leak reports
Enter and maintain accurate information in the company database
Schedule service calls and coordinate with clients and Windward Roofing field employees
Review and approve field work orders
Process service call invoices efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Familiarity with scheduling software
Strong data entry skills
Excellent communication abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
