See more job responsibilities and requirements below.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the catering schedule with the catering teamBoost catering sales through local business outreachMeet and exceed catering sales goals on a monthly basisPrepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelinesKeep catering equipment clean and in good working conditionPractice safe food handling procedures at all timesServe in Operations when not occupied fulfilling catering ordersCarry out our brand's "Core 4" when interacting with guestsQualificationsPrevious experience and knowledge in the catering industryMust have a driver's license and insured vehicleProven leadership skills in regard to enthusiasm and ability to motivate othersA desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues by executing flawless follow-up and issue resolutionResponsible, accountable, and organizedAbility to retain clientele and expand business through sales and catering through personal relationship buildingAbility to communicate and collaborate with Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
