As a Maintenance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, allowing us to continue providing the highest level of care to our residents. About the Role As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and materials, as well as managing the facility's budget for maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed Order supplies and materials, as well as manage the facility's budget for maintenance and repairs Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that the facility is running smoothly Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the best use of resources Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Requirements 0+ years of experience in a similar role High school diploma or equivalent required Strong leadership and management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
