Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of therapeutic interventions aimed at helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional landscapes. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting both joint therapy sessions with couples and individual therapy sessions, focusing on unique therapeutic needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that promote healing and align with the patients' therapeutic goals.
\n
• Facilitating discussions to resolve conflicts among family members, including issues related to job stress, blended families, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Maintaining detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, as needed, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with families, couples, and individual clients, including both adults and adolescents.
