This position will be on the Optum Whole Health Solutions (WHS) team and will be accountable for the Musculoskeletal Product. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of product strategy with respect to value proposition, positioning, product portfolio(s), distribution and product features/functionReview product performance against expectations; formulate and recommend changes to achieve optimal performanceInnovate across the business in order to drive efficiency and growth; serve as a subject matter expertCreate cost-benefit analyses and frameworks to evaluate prioritization of new developmentInfluence innovation & integration across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing and service operations Client interaction and engagement is expected A directive style is a must It is no small task taking an idea through to implementation, so get ready for a challenge.
