Trust & Estate Planning Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will report to our managing attorney, working directly with clients to design and implement estate plans tailored to each client's family, financial, and tax circumstances. The role will include preparing detailed estate planning documents, advising clients on probate avoidance and fiduciary appointments, assisting with estate and trust administration matters as needed, Medicaid applications, and other elder law matters.

The position is well-suited for an attorney just starting out or one who wants to switch to an estate planning practice, who enjoys meaningful client interaction, careful drafting, and helping families make informed decisions about the transfer and protection of assets. We will provide training on our processes, CRM, and drafting software. This role is designed as a path to partnership, with the possibility of firm ownership after approximately 10 years, as our lead attorney transitions toward retirement. We are looking to invest in someone who wants to grow into that future alongside us.
