We are seeking a flexible, customer-focused Multi-Site Office Services Associate to support a variety of client locations throughout the Denver metro area. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, excels at customer service, and is comfortable supporting multiple office services functions in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Daily assignments will vary based on business needs and client location and may include:

• Mailroom operations, mail sorting, and package distribution
• Shipping and receiving support
• Fleet management and vehicle coordination
• Print and reproduction center support, including finishing and bindery tasks
• Reception and hospitality services
• Conference room setup, breakdown, and meeting support
• Office services and administrative assistance
• Delivering exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
• Maintaining accurate records and following site-specific procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and responsibilities
• Strong note-taking and attention-to-detail skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance available for heavier items)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday
• Ability to travel between multiple client sites during a single shift
• Comfortable performing a variety of physical and administrative tasks

Transportation Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Daily travel between customer locations throughout the Denver area
• Must be comfortable driving as part of the workday
• Use of Ricoh or customer-owned vehicles is not permitted
• Mileage and parking reimbursement available where applicable
